We have just sold our property with Cubitt and West in Rustington and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Our property had been on the market with two other agents with no luck, but Cubitt got a lot of interest and sold the property promptly. The manager Kevin Porter is incredible and extremely efficient, making the process as smooth as he could. He went above and beyond on a number of occasions, when he did not have to. He was always on the other end of the phone and I knew I could call him with any query and he would sort it. Highly recommend and thank you very much Cubitt at Rustington.

It is tough being new to the UK and also searching for a house, but trust me, Paige and Marcus from Cubitt and West made it so easy for my family to find a house and to settle in at ease. They kept me always updated on every step of the process and was patient and friendly throughout the process. The entire process to get a house was clearly explained to me and they had done a wonderful job following up on every aspect. Would recommend the team at Cubitt & West Rustington, in particular Abbie. As a first time buyer it can be a new and overwhelming process. My 80 year old mum has sold her property through Cubitt & West, it took less than a week. James has been incredibly helpful and kind to my mum. Moving home is stressful at any time but even more so in the Autumn of your life with very limited knowledge of the internet, emails and apps! James arranged the viewings to take place on a Saturday afternoon and my mum was able to visit a friend to be 'out of the way'. James and his team secured an over the asking price offer and my mum couldn't be happier. She is very excited about moving closer to her family in Gloucestershire and James has promised to 'hold mum's hand' through the process, and help her to complete forms etc (in exchange for the odd cup of tea!). I can't praise this Rustington branch enough. It's a huge help to me to know that James continues to care, even after the sale has been agreed. Thank you to all at Cubitt & West.

Cubit & West Rustington have been amazing we went on with purple bricks originally and lets just say don't ever try save money as just shows you the kind of company you end up with !!! Kev came out to us and reassured us he would help us get house sold and we would not have the same service we had previously with the other estate agent. We then had Kate come out to go over all the contacts she was very professional and helpful.
