I recently contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Ashley. From the start to the end she was fantastic. She clearly explained the process and made me feel at ease. I feel she really took the time to find out what my needs are. She clearly knows her job very well. Overall the service was 10/10 and I will definitely being recommending her.

Not a good experience. I have had two properties which they have managed for me for a few years. I have lost count of the errors, omissions, failures to follow-up on instructions and total mis-management. Their customers tenants and landlords deserve much better. As this situation has been going on for sometime, I think its the leadership in this business that need to change: - smell the coffee and leave

I received great service from Stirling Ackroyd. I bought 2 houses with them. I have started to use their service for getting new tenants for my flat. Toby, Archie and Cheveiz are doing very good job. A big thank you to my property manager Violeta Gordejeva. My boiler was broken and left me with no hot water nor heating. A couple of hours after I wrote to Violeta, she has contacted the contractor, and it got fixed the next day.
