GoogleBeen with Lawrence Rand for over 6 years, and I have to say at the beginning it seemed to be all over the place .HOWEVER , for just over a year since Matt took over, it’s a difference place altogether . At first I had a lot of dealings with Matt and his been absolutely amazing ! Eager to help and always following up on any issues . Recently Matt moved to a different position to which I wish him the very best in his new role , and Harry took over property management . Harry also followed the steps of Matt. His very attentive, polite and eager to help . He followed up on all the issue and is nice to have a friendly voice to talk to you when issues arrise . I wish you the very best in your new role Harry and Carry on doing what you doing and you will make Lawrence Rand proud. Thank you to all and a happy new year :)

GoogleThe team at Lawrence Rand provided us an excellent service during our house purchase which, due to various issues late in the process, wasn't an easy case. Without Glenda, our Sales Progression Manager's, perseverance and support we would probably still be waiting for completion. I hope she will be there for our next move.

Avoid for your own peace of mind . Seemed very professional at first , however 4 months down the line dealing with them and the solicitors they recommended- Premier Property Lawyers sadly have to say wish we never signed up with them . Appealing .

Darren Many thanks for your review even though you the last one you took down and deleted. I stated the e-mail that was sent was an error and apologised people do make mistakes. The property you wanted to rent wasn’t our fault it had fallen through it was down the the full checks carried out and the referencing agency asking for a guarantor. We are not here to hold transactions up and not get tenants moved in but we must follow the law Kind regards

GoogleWe had a viewing on a property on Victoria Road and when Hayden called us for feedback, we told him that it is on the main road and was noisy. Some properties are good isolated some are not and on pictures it was not obvious that the property would absorb much noise. Hayden told us to make a better check first before viewing properties. Yes I can do that, but does it mean I cannot see any property or get an impression of properties being on main road? People can change their mind, but the response felt we only can view properties, if we most likely buy it. Was upsetting to hear that cold response, and hopefully we can find good properties with other vendors, who understands and accept buyers' honest feedback.
