GoogleI rented my property through LR last year-during Covid-19 and have found Harry Tibbey to be an excellent property manager. He communicates messages on behalf of both the tenant and landlord quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend him and LR. An agent is essential and getting a good one takes time to find.

GoogleI found Manson’s to be very helpful and the customer service was excellent. It had been a while since I had rented a property but they happily answered my questions very quickly and took away a lot of the worry for me. I went to them after hearing good things and I would definitely recommend them too. Thanks to all the staff there!

GoogleHad a really good experience renting through Mansons. The woman who showed my mum and I around the prospective properties was friendly, welcoming and honest. The letting process went smoothly and it was useful to complete the signing online as I was moving from outside of Newcastle and it was difficult for me to get to the office.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Mansons, and on each occasion they have been great. Both times they have been very flexible with viewings and not wasted my time with properties I wouldnt want to live in. Mansons also manage both of the properties I have lived in and have always been very professional when problems have arisen. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI have asked Manson's to look after my property, which needed some work doing on it prior to letting it. I couldn't ask for a better service, they have organised all the work and managed it. They keep me informed on progress and communicate when necessary. I would no hesitation in recommending them if you are looking to have someone manage your property.
