All questions and queries were answered immediately by email and phone and everything went incredibly smoothly and quickly. H&H even rang me before my Solicitors to tell me I had completed. What an amazing estate agents! So professional from start to end. Fantastic photos of the property taken for marketing, frequent updates with regards to viewings and interest in the property and all staff members were on the ball and knew what was happening with the sale of my property. They took the stress out of selling our home. Would strongly recommend using this estate agents.

Our house was a bit niche, it wasn't the standard three-bedroom semi and we lost two buyers before one "stuck". In all, it took almost a year. H & H stuck with us all the way through the process. They remained cheerful and we eventually got "completion". We warmly recommend this company.

Possibly the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Nobody in the office for lettings. Left several messages/emails No response. When I finally got to talk to someone they told me I can't view the property because it's fully booked now. Absolutely useless.

Professional, helpful, calm, honest opinions, knowledgeable, very kind and friendly staff-Karen, Martin and Kelly. Chose Howkins and Harrison, not only because of the above reasons, but for other dealings with their Rugby branch a few years ago, where I found staff very helpful and fair. All had a capacity to understand the difficulty of selling a family home after a sad bereavement.

GoogleThe lady who answers the phone lacks in basic manners, and frankly quite rude to talk to. I tried to get some information about a previous property, I gave a location assuming it would still be on there system. In response I got a poor attitude and no interest in helping me with my query. What a shame.
