GoogleThe worse renting experience ever, believe the reviews you read about the agency. Really untrustworthy people, before I left the apartment I called the office twice to ask if it’s okay to leave the furniture, they told it wouldn’t be a problem and they wouldn’t charge me anything. It took them almost a month to retry my deposit, ignored all my emails, charged me 120 £ for leaving for leaving furniture after they assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for furniture.
Also charged me 150£ to clean a tiny one bedroom apartment. Which was dirty one I moved in.
They are lying in their reply to this review about returning the disputed charges.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Elite Property, there was no issue until you vacated the property.
Your complaint is from the deductions that were made to your security deposit because of the condition on which you left the property in.
We notified you with photographic evidence of the cleanliness and excess furniture left behind and gave you the opportunity to return and collect your belongings, which you refused. You were provided with all the relevant costs and any disputed amount was returned to back to your nominated account.

GoogleExpect you to sort your issues out yourself..I spent months complaining of loud banging pipes..only to be told by the manager dont presume its coming from your flat ..really.. so I took it upon myself to contact the local MP who put me in touch with the Noise team and cutting a long story short it was a small part in the toilet cistern...so because they couldnt be bothered I got it sorted so well done me!! Never answer emails..so basically stay clear!!
Don’t sugar coat what happened it wasn’t dealt with how it should have been end of ! And as far as the MP goes why would you know about it I dealt with it like everything else .

We can assure you that we communicated with you throughout the process, and several contractors, along with the building management, attended the property to investigate. Unfortunately, the source of the noise wasn't immediately apparent, but after some time and investigation, it was discovered to be a small part within the toilet cistern, which was promptly fixed. We understand that this caused inconvenience, but it was a challenging issue to pinpoint.
Regarding your mention of contacting the local MP, we have no record of such contact, but we appreciate your persistence in addressing the matter. We are glad the issue is now resolved and appreciate your patience in the process.

GoogleWe rented with Elite and they were very friendly and helpful. When we had any issues they would let the landlord know and get someone to come out to check. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is probably more to do with the landlord, but as we didn't have any contact with them directly, I can't say for sure; there was never a carbon monoxide alarm fitted, even though it was flagged multiple times and some of the issues we mentioned were never dealt with even after they sent someone over to check them.
Overall a good experience as a tenant.

GoogleI initially planned to stay at a property I rented through Elite for 6 months, and when I needed to stay for longer they were extremely accommodating. When I had an issue with my oven, maintenance were dispatched quickly and it was fixed with no hassle. Everyone at the agency I interacted with was polite and helpful especially during the moving out process, when I accidentally left items at the property and needed to collect them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for property in the area.

GoogleHorrible experience with them. We put our deposit/fees/paperwork the next day after they showed us the house. The policy says they put down the advertisements but they never did in our case. Then they went on to delay our moving dates again and again through many frustrated phone calls. We finally had to find another place to settle down and it took them months to refund our money. Waisted our time/money and mental health during the whole process.
