Not understanding any of home buying process, this was explained thoroughly, in detail and in a way we could understand. the staff were completely professional, understanding and helpful throughout. We received weekly if not every few days information regarding the sale. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the service I received and if in the future I was to sell my home, I'd use Haart f'sure!

GoogleStandard online website visit. An informative and comprehensive list of various properties throughout the price range to consider. The majority had enough information to answer any questions that might arise. The one I saw was advertised on a social media page after the use of location settings. This advertised building for sale did not have a lot of information and very few pictures and so wasn't so useful

GoogleI found the staff very helpful regarding the preparation work for selling my property. Unfortunately they didn’t sell my property as it was sold with another agent at the time. I was very pleased with the listing on the internet and the photos that they took. If they had been the sole agent, I am confident they would have found the right buyer for me. Would recommend.

GoogleA difficult sale due to the property being leasehold and therefore the involvement of the freeholder and management company solicitor also. Two solicitors can make things difficult enough three are a real challenge. Suzanne Wood did not let this deter her in ensuring the sale was completed and showed real determination in bridging the gaps between the three of them. A very satisfactory service.

GoogleIf i could give no stars i would... Absolute disgrace of an estate agent! Viewer Dinesh i think he said his name was, literally let himself into our house without even knocking (with no mask in the middle of a pandemic)!! Didn't tell us about viewing times, when the viewings were booked in and how many etc... Not only that, he literally stood in the middle of our house with both doors wide open and argued with us after asking him to knock first before entering, after he started to raise his voice, i asked him to leave, to WHICH HETHEN REFUSED TO DO SO!!!? Never in my life have a dealt with such a rude and inconsiderate person! Literally had to threaten him with calling the police before he then decided to leave the premises. Unprofessional, no communication, no etiquette, completely clueless and down right rude! Viewings will no longer continue here and the vendor is going to struggle to sell because of it. Avoid Haarts.
