Excellent team to sell your house

We chose this estate agent after having numerous valuations on the property. The branch manager Robert was very professional and stood out from the other valuers promoting his company and the service they offer. Our main contact was Deborah who dealt extremely well with what proved to be a difficult sale as the house had recently had extensive work following subsidence. We were kept informed throughout sometimes on a daily basis. If Deborah was out of the office Suzanne efficiently dealt with any queries or viewing's. I cannot thank these people enough for all there patience, help and hard work throughout the sale. We could have chosen a fixed price company but decided upon Haart's. We made the correct decision and they certainly earned there money. On the service provided I would highly recommend this company. Well done to all.

Great service! My husband James and I are first time buyers and have been viewing houses through Haarts in West Bridgford. I have to say the people in this office are a different breed of estate agent! They seem to genuinely care about what we want and want to help us to find it. We have spoken to both Deborah and Caroline and both ladies have been really helpful and recommended houses that we hadn’t even thought of. We are still looking for our perfect home but I really hope I find it through them as they are so lovely to deal with.

The sale of my house and top price achieved by the team was down to Robert Spencer’s professional expertise and experience in local valuation. He was brilliantly complemented by Deborah Unwin’s PR ability to communicate my position to the buyer. She kept me updated on a regular basis with the various interested parties and although I was working away, was able to negotiate and complete the sale. Suzanne coordinated and did a great job on collating and putting the brochure together. Very disappointing and certainly will not use this agency to sell any of my properties. Tried to make an offer on a property, this company would not accept the offer unless I viewed it. I new the street and the property and have no time to visit however still refused to take an offer. It really is a shame as it would appear that your client is keen to sell. You stated in your add reduced for quick sale. Well done Haart estate agents you have just cost your client a sale.
