GoogleRyder and Dutton Royton did an amazing job selling my house- right from Oliver doing my valuation, my house had been trashed by tenants and Oliver was very reassuring that it would sell. I was kept up to date with all viewings and progress, both online and phone calls. Jenna was fantastic, always phoned me back and had time to discuss my situation, especially when my sale fell through last minute, due to Liz Truss’s mini budget nothing to do with Ryder and Dutton. They were very quick to get house back on market and it sold very quickly again. Couldn’t recommend them enough for their professionalism, communication and empathy. Thank you Jenna, Oliver and Mia

GoogleWe used Ryder & Dutton as it was local and had good reviews. Oliver White came out to complete a valuation and he did so in a polite and courteous manner. As it was a stressful time he made us feel so at ease. We mainly dealt with Jenna Henley and she also made us feel at ease. She kept us informed all through the sales process and did so in a professional manner. Also, Mia & Michaela who also did a wonderful job, I would recommend Ryder & Dutton, especially the Royton Branch to anyone. They are the best. Thank you Ryder & Dutton for a smooth transition.

GoogleI purchased a house 2 weeks ago and Michaela Hewson was the allocated agent. She was extremely helpful from the beginning. From arranging initial viewing til the completion. It was a chained property, therefore it took 3-4 months for completion. However, if it wasn’t for Michaela it would have taken ALOT longer. She was always on the ball, responded immediately to any queries, always available for assistant & guidance and regularly updated all parties. She ensured it was completed as quickly and smoothly as possible! Extremely helpful! Thank you so much Michaela. The second agent who was always present and helpful was Conor. Thank you both! Extremely grateful for all the help & guidance!

GoogleRyder and Dutton have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish!! Michaela has been the star tho 🌟 we firstly put our house up in November... it fell through middle of May then for the second time 2 weeks later. When she rang to say it had fallen through for the second time she cried with me on the phone because she knew how much it meant to us. This woman gets emotionally involved because she cares about her clients. Each time she put our house back on immediately and made it her mission to sell it again! She immediately found us viewings and sold it for the 3rd time within 48 hours. 3rd time lucky some would say.... we've just exchanged and can finally plan our adventure to Aus 🇦🇺 Thank you all @ Ryder and Dutton but especially Michaela you've been amazing and we are forever grateful for your continued support for the past 10 months in selling our home 🏡 Date of experience: 01 August 2023

GoogleMichaela Hewson & Conor and the entire team of Ryder & Dutton supported us to find the dream home. They accommodated all our needs and provided the right matches on the specified locations. As a first time buyers we had numerous questions and the whole team really provided the right solutions. When the suitable matches found and immediately they coordinated with the land lords and arranged viewing based on our availability. When we given the offer the team had prepared the offer on same time and convinced them as well to make it happen. In my opinion if anyone need personable, helpful and communicable team simply go with Ryder & Dutton, Royton branch. Once again thanks for all the support provided.

Amy accurately valued my property and arranged the photo’s etc. A big thank you to Michaela for her professional and efficient service throughout. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years but this was a first with this agent. What a breath of fresh air - I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

GoogleJenna was amazing throughout a very long process when buying a property. She was constantly on the ball chasing up queries and time frames which really took the stress out of buying.
