Right from the start of the sale of our house, the team at Charles Harding Estate Agents could not have been more efficient and helpful. Advertising and viewings went into immediate action after we signed up and within 24 hours our house was on RightMove. Viewings started immediately and after an offer was made, their conveyancing team helped in every way to ensure that matters we needed to deal with were facilitated for quick action. We cannot fault the Estate Agency Service we had and cannot recommend the Charles Harding Team members highly enough.

My wife and I have bought house which was being sold by Charles Harding on behalf of their client. Even though we were the buyers, I felt that they were working closely with us and their clients to speed the sale through as fast as they could. With this in mind and us being the buyers, Charles Harding were always understanding, polite, professional and always ‘on it’ as I like to say, which was brilliant. I was so impressed and will definitely be considering them in the future and have already been singing their praises to people as in my view, one of the best estate agents out there. A big thank you, to the lady I dealt with and can take huge credit to my speech is Karen Brealey as she has been fantastic. Thank you!

Since February 2013 In gave my property on a fully Managed basis to the above branch. They were very good in the beginging, but afterwards they starting increasing their rates. If you are a Landlord be Careful and read the terms of contract, do what you want, not what they say. I had a bad experiance as a Landlord.Do not speak on the phone, always send an email and get an answer via email. Very bad experiance , can't trust this Estate Agent any more and suggest all Landlords not to approach this Agent anymore.

I contacted charles harding to have a valuation on my property with a view to having my property listed for sale. The guy came out and looked around for about 5 minutes then left. A month later and no email regarding my valuation.

GoogleRecently we purchased a property through Charles Harding in Royal Wootton Bassett but i can only advise you to give them a wide birth,they were rude and ignorant and to be honest stuck up their own backsides. They were only interested in the person selling the property,but couldn't care less about the purchaser's. I tried to complain but of course it fell on deaf ears ! If I could give minus stars I would . Be aware !

One of the worst estate agents we have ever has the displeasure of dealing with and I worked in property industry for years. Tenants take note, avoid this agent at all costs, or at least ensure you know your rights before entering into ANY agreements, as this agent will abuse them and attempt to reclaim any funds from yourselves anyway they can.

In short, Mike and Karen in the Swindon branch have been fantastic!We found ourselves in a time critical situation due to a previous buyer withdrawing and having to serve lengthy notice period previous agent.They made every effort to keep us in process for the house we were buying and also managed to get an offer on our house within 5 days of it going on to the market.They have an honest approach and have in-depth understanding of the local market.Highly recommended.

GoogleNot happy with my dealings with this company, their correspondence and care for the customers is none existent. Considering this is a pretty big letting agency I'm surprised about how they deal with customers. Hoping we won't have to go for another temporary rental one again. Also beware they do use tactics to push you to purchase sooner/ leave you on edge during the buying process.
