Alex was great in following up on all of the questions I had about the property. He even took personal time on his day off to help me view the property on the only day I had, he was always fast with his responses and agreed changes regarding the property for improvements with the landlord fast. Lovely guy and was happy to help any any time and was the fastest process I have ever had with an agency. He allowed me to look around without the sales pitches. Rooms looked good for the price, spacious enough, good enough window view considering the price. I currently pay more money for less space, so can’t wait to change locations. Kelvin was a great tour guide, had good manners and stayed patient despite running into some problems.

It’s rare in this day and age to find a great estate agent who takes your calls, helps you out and does what he says he will do with professionalism and speed. Having been a developer for 30 years I have come across many shapes and sizes! Most are quite useless. So Joe Farrer is a rare breed - and a great asset to John Shepherds - if I employed him I would hold onto him with both hands!
