GoogleI had travelled from Surrey to view a property in Rothwell. Due to atrocious weather conditions, I arrived 25 minutes late and theoretically had five minutes to see a property I had driven three hours for. Alison not only talked me in from the A14 but also arranged with the vendor to leave me and my sister in the house alone whilst she conducted another viewing so we could spend the necessary amount of time there. GoogleI couldn't BELIEVE that something too good to be true was actually true. I had 3 valuations, the first being with Alison at Brown and the others valuing either lower or a lot lower. I was afraid I'd been to greedy siding with all the high value promises but I had a viewer on the day of contract signing, and an offer over the asking price within 2 days! All before my house was on rightmove.PositiveQuality

GoogleBig thank you to all the team at william h brown for all the help and understanding i cannot give any critisism to them they are a 1st class team everyone in the office is helpful and always lovely. Made a stressful sale so much easier knowing these guys were working in your best interests at all time. Even the hard phonecalls they made them they had full transparency through everything was amazing to have a team there you could trust and rely on. I can't praise them enough because you really can't put into words how great these guys really are and how much knowledge each and everyone one of them have! If you want your house sold use these guys they really are the best you will find!
