Making the choice to sell the house with Elmsleys it was a great experience from start to end. The valuation was spot on and managed to agree a sale in just 6 days being on the market. Victoria who did the valuation and initiated the sale was great and very professional. but the ladies who handled the case in the Rothwell office were amazing! Maria Hamill was friendly, understanding and extremely helpful dealing with our queries while the case was with the solicitors. Her contact was fantastic making sure that all the queries were answered and we understand the process. I would highly recommend Emsleys and especially the Rothwell office. Thank you for your help

We moved a few months ago, and Emsleys was the agent of the house we were buying. Despite not being their client the service we received was absolutely fantastic. We have to give a special mention to Maria. She was instrumental in helping our very complicated chain to complete. She made so many chase up phone calls, kept us updated and was always on the end of the phone to give us advice on how to move forward with the problems that arose. Well as a buyer I wouldnt recommend. Hayley is extremely rude and condescending and will not allow you to speak. When you try to speak she hangs up the phone. So I don't think I will be considering a purchase of any houses advertised by Elmsley Rothwell.

I hate estate agents. Like literally HATE them - until i met Lee & co at the Rothwell branch. I bought a house off them and loved how they were, so then proceeded to buy and sell 2 more houses with them. I have never had any issues, they are professional, timely and considered. Lee is reliable and honest (which is all you can ask for in my eyes). I have bought and sold lots of houses over the years and never met any agents that i liked (i've been close to killing a few thats for sure) . I knew once i met Lee & Co that this time it would be different, and , it was. Personally now for me, i would never use another agent or online system. The personal service is worth every penny in my eyes. And yes sometimes they don't answer the phone and yes sometimes its takes a while to find things out, but this is just par for the course. I am staying LOYAL to them because of the service they offer, its a simple as that. I enjoy working with them - they are ACE!
