We are very disappointed to receive your one star review, as you know, your sale was very complex. From looking at the file, our team did a fantastic job at keeping the sale together despite the hurdles placed in the way during the sale, and they still managed to complete it successfully. If you would like to provide me with any further details on how we could have improved the service, this would be appreciated. Please address this to Alexa Kelly on info@merryweathers.co.uk
