We visited Oaklands Heath today and viewed a beautiful four bedroom House.We will be returning for a second view after the sales Lady explained about their part exchange scheme.I would recommend that anybody looking for a new house in this area should visit their show houses.

We have recently bought a house through Harron Homes, from start to finish the service was excellent. We only had 9 snags and these were completed within two weeks of moving in. My experience has been excellent.

We are genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you have been with your experience, and we fully appreciate how frustrating the flooring issues and additional disruption have been. Following an independent inspection, we agreed to replace the flooring. Once the existing flooring had been lifted, an issue with part of the subfloor was identified during the works. Unfortunately, this was not something that could have been identified beforehand. As soon as it became apparent, we arranged for the necessary repairs to be carried out so that the new flooring could then be installed. We appreciate that the additional works have caused further disruption and are grateful for your patience and understanding while we work to complete the remaining items. Our team remains committed to putting things right and ensuring that everything is completed to the expected standard. We will continue to support you throughout the process until the works are fully completed.
