GoogleWas shown around a property by James, he is very professional, approachable, extremely welcoming and accommodating, great communication, answered any questions I had. Was kept up to date on the process after I had put an offer in. So far has been a truly awesome experience.

GoogleI honestly can't recommend Slater Brooking Estate Agents enough. The sale of my house has been so easy and so fast ... 5 days !!! GoogleFrom the initial meeting with Harry, to James' brilliant photos and film of our property, including coming back to photograph the garden on a sunny day, the experience has been first class. Both James and Harry are incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market, pricing our house at the right price, keeping us informed about each step of the way and were always on the end of the phone when we needed them. Slater Brooking sold our property in 6 weeks, and since then have moved fast and diligently to make sure the process is smooth and that we have all the information and documents to complete, including follow up phone calls to make sure we haven't missed anything. I would definitely recommend Slater Brooking to anyone.

GoogleI was a little wary at first about using an agent without a 'high Street' presence but I needn't have worried. Slater Brooking's service is excellent overall, the staff are friendly an approachable, they answer phone calls and call back when they say they will - rare these days I find. They kept me informed throughout the process and my property actually sold for the asking price on the first day it was advertised. I would definitely recommend SB for first class service.

GoogleWhat can we say about James & Harry that hasn't already been said in the reviews already? My parents are selling their house because they must, not because they want to. Slater Brooking made a stressful situation bearable. They are both kind, compassionate, helpful and efficient. The house sold quickly and for that we're grateful. Highly recommended! Now adding my Dad's comments as the sale has completed.......James and Harry both looked after us extremely well throughout the whole process. They made sure that we knew what was happening every step of the way, answering every question with clarity and patience. They were easy to contact either by phone or email and always responded quickly. Very capable gentleman that I recommend.

GoogleI can not praise these two gentlemen enough, from the very beginning of meeting them even before entering into a contract with them nothing was too much trouble. I hadn’t sold a house for thirty four years and was very nervous I had no idea what to do but instantly felt at ease with them they talked me thorough everything as and when I needed to know, They were always on time to accompany each and every potential buyer and didn’t rush anyone and of course found me an extremely suitable couple to purchase my home. I have no doubt the sky is the limit for James, Harry and their team and in my opinion they are very capable young men. Thank you so much for everything Mrs. C

GoogleI recently bought a property through these agents, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I was handed the keys, I found the property in an appalling condition. It was left extremely dirty, with damages that were conveniently hidden during the viewing by strategic decoration. I have pictures to prove how they left the property. Despite reporting this issue, the agents showed a complete lack of concern and responsibility. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly do not care about their clients once the sale is completed. People, please be cautious with these fraudulent agents. They are not recommended at all. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

GoogleFantastic! A truly professional service throughout. After having my property on the market with another estate agent for over 6 months with no success at all I was apprehensive of all Estate agents. James put my mind at ease and assured me he would strive for results... within 48 hours of being online I had accepted an offer and I was thrilled! The process following has been smooth and I have had regular updates since, I have and will be recommending Slater Brooking in future.
