GoogleCouldn’t have asked for a better experience selling my house with Slater Brooking Estate Agents. James, John & Harry were amazing, they were always on hand whenever we needed anything. They made the process so smooth, we sold the house to the first person who viewed it, with 4 days of it being up, all thanks to the guys. We had the sale go through in less than 2 months, with the help of the them. Thank you !

GoogleFrom my 1st meeting with Harry at the property we were selling, excellent phots by James the process was seamless and professional. The property was listed on a Tuesday and after a number of viewings by the following Monday we had offers one of which exceeded the listing price and our expectations. From then on until completion John kept me well informed. Would we use them again YES, would we recommend them YES. Thanks guys.

GoogleWe chose Slater Brooking to sell our rental property once we realised Harry was a director, as we were impressed with Harry when he worked with another agent previously. This decision turned out to be a great one, Harry & James have been fantastic, they are very approachable, their professionalism and empathy are way beyond their years, nothing was too much trouble, and their communication is outstanding. We achieved a sale very quickly and they ensured it went through smoothly. They are lovely lads and a credit to the industry, and we highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property.

Harry came out to see myself and my husband and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. James did all the photography which was amazing. In less than a month we have sold our home. GoogleI am the buyer of this house. And I am extremely satisfied about the Estate agent, Mr. James Brooking 's service. James helps us to communicate between both the buyer & seller's side. He is very responsive and always willing to help. Even after the completion of the whole property buying buying process, he is still willing to help us to contact the ex-vendor to handle some meter issue. Always response promptly + very willing to provide assistance whenever we need. James is absolutely a good guy & a responsive agent.

From the level of detail taken in the listing, fantastic photographs to portray our home beautifully to their their efficiency in booking and conducting viewings in a way that was smooth and hassle free for us and ultimately assisting in the legal process, Slater Brooking are way above the rest when it comes to their level of service and selling properties. We would proudly recommend Slater Brooking to anyone and hope to see them selling more properties in Manchester as it needs an estate agency like them in the market! In particular, we would like to thank Harry Leah who took lead on selling our home. Harry was extremely helpful, excellent in communicating with our buyers and solicitors to ensure that the process was as quick and smooth as possible. GoogleOur whole experience with Slater Brooking was brilliant, from start to finish (which was also a very short time period!) We viewed a property with James and were so impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm that we switched to Slater Brooking to sell our own. Within days of this decision we had some stunning photos of our home taken and on the market. Another day or two and we had an acceptable offer that was above asking price! Harry was also amazing in coming to appraise our property and both he and James were very easy to get in touch with. Both guys are very approachable and happy to answer any questions we had. You can tell with them both that they really get their craft and make it as easy a process as can be. I’d highly recommend Slater Brooking.

GoogleWe have just completed on our wonderful new to us home in Waterfoot from Slater Brooking estate agents in Rawtenstall. From our first viewing with Harry to the completion last week both Harry and James were the most attentive and always available for us. They were always well dressed and happy to have a laugh and answered all our questions to the best of their knowledge. If they did not know they asked questions to the sellers and let us know. I’m purchasing a property they have , these guys helped me more than mine estate agent. They gave me sound advice over a matter that concerned my sale when I couldn’t get a hold of mine.
