GoogleWe have just had a viewing and offer accepted on a house that was being sold via Henshaw fox. The communication throughout has been brilliant. Me and my partner really appreciated Dale who at the viewing was so friendly and polite and gave us lots of information about the property, if he wasn’t sure about something he’d find out straight away. Would 100% recommend this estate agent when buying somewhere.

GoogleWhen searching for our new home we noticed a distinct difference in the service provided by Henshaw Fox, their team listened to our requirements and only suggested appropriate houses, they had such a wealth of local knowledge and the level of detail known to them for each house was remarkable. From viewing, to offer to weekly updates the process was seamless however it is often said that the true colours of a company only appear when times are troubling and this was the case with the Henshaw Fox Team after the discovery of an issue with the sellers property. Their team liaised with all parties, issued updates and generally oiled the cogs to ensure a smooth as possible handover. We would not hesitate in recommending the Henshaw Fox team to anyone considering selling or purchasing a property, you will be in safe hands.

GoogleWe didn't use Henshaw Fox to sell our property unfortunately but the property we bought was marketed with them. I cannot recommend them enough and if we ever sell our property we will definitely appoint them. Nicci, in the after sales team was amazing and did everything possible to make sure that our purchase completed within the 10 weeks timescale that we had agreed to. The team as a whole were so professional and efficient I could not fault them.
