We have now bought and sold three houses with Henshaw Fox over the last 10 years, and we genuinely wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. They are a fantastic team, professional, honest, supportive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Moving house is such a personal and important part of life, and you want to know that the people coming into your home and representing you are people you can completely trust. That is exactly how we have always felt with Henshaw Fox. During our most recent sale, our first buyer unfortunately pulled out through no fault of Henshaw Fox. The team were incredibly kind and supportive, but also quick and decisive in getting things moving again. Their experience and professionalism made a difficult and stressful situation so much easier to manage. Every member of staff we have dealt with has been wonderful. They are friendly, approachable and genuinely seem to care about their clients, while also being excellent at what they do. We cannot recommend Henshaw Fox highly enough and, if we ever move again, they will without question be the first people we call.

Henshaw Fox were the agents for a property that I have purchased. From the initial viewing, right through to completion, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with Gwen, who dealt with everything once my offer was accepted by the seller. Gwen kept me informed and advised me every step of the way. She contacted the agents and solicitors all the way down the chain on a very regular basis, and made me feel that my house purchase was in very capable hands. I truly believe that if it wasn’t for Gwen, completion would not have happened until another few weeks had passed. I love my little cottage and am so grateful to Henshaw Fox for making my relocation to the New Forest happen.

Henshaw Fox are, without question, the best estate agents in the area. We recently sold our shared ownership property through them, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Dale was absolutely fantastic throughout the sales process. Selling a shared ownership property comes with its own challenges, but his expertise, professionalism, and determination made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. He was always proactive, kept us fully informed, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving forward. We genuinely felt that he cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. A special mention must also go to Gwen, who handled the after-sales process brilliantly. She was professional, approachable, and incredibly friendly throughout. What we appreciated most was her honesty and transparency, she never hid anything from us and always kept us up to date, even when there were difficult conversations to be had. Henshaw Fox are the best Estate Agents in Romsey and it isn't even close. I found them honest, informative and available. Tom, Nicci, Dale, Steve, Ella and Sheena were all incredibly helpful but special mention must go to Gwen who really was the star of the show as Sales Progresser. We’ve moved house quite a few times in the past forty years, and can say Tom and his team at Henshaw Fox are by far the best we have used. They are very professional (smart and punctual still matters), they know their subject and are a friendly group of people. It’s hard work selling in the present climate, and that really started to show after we accepted an offer. The work they did with the buyers, solicitors and agents, is what got it “over the line” (and Gwen is amazing !). We’ve tried others, but these are the best in the area! Their pre-sale advice is honest, clear and accurate; their marketing is spot-on; they handle prospective buyers politely and with respect and report back following all viewings. Having agreed a sale they employ a dedicated expert who stays in direct and close touch with all parties and their advisors on a weekly basis in order that any hiccups can be ironed out quickly. What an incredible service we received from the team here at Henshaw Fox Romsey! From the very start they were professional, great communicators and made it feel as though they were really working for us and our needs. Steve was great organising the initial valuation, photos and viewings. We didn’t feel rushed with the photos either, the professional photographer came and spent proper time taking wonderful photos of our house, with professional equipment not an iPhone ! After each viewing Steve didn’t make us wait the painstaking 24 hours to see if buyers were interested, he would call us with 5 mins of a viewing with his initial thoughts. This was brilliant because so many times in the past with other agents we were forever chasing and waiting. As for Gwen, well she is a real “gem”! Throughout the whole process it felt like she literally worked for us and only us, she understood the excitement of our new property and her updates and communication was fantastic.
