From the start to the end, nothing was too much trouble, we felt valued at all stages and all staff worked extremely hard to help make it a smooth purchase. Their customer service, professionalism, tenacity, attention to detail and down right awesomeness made selling and buying our houses in the lead up to the end of the stamp duty holiday much less stressful than it otherwise would have been.
They shimmied on non-communicative (and sometimes downright rude) solicitors, acted as go-betweens between all parties in the chain and offered sound advice and support all the way through the process. All with a sense of humour, honesty and authenticity.
Steve is on it. He knows his business, the New Forest, his clients and the property market so well that he instantly puts your mind at ease when talking to him about your property and the buying and selling process. We trusted him with our big life decisions and we knew his advice would be honest and unbiased.
