On arrival he was vibrant and when I liked the property he was efficient, informative, quick and hassle free with documents and paper work required, leaving me in no doubt that all had been taken care of and I can get back to work with no worries about what was going to happen next. I cannot recommend Rak and his team highly enough. We have been tenants at our flat for just over four years and we have never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or getting quick replies/actions. We have always been dealt with professionally and warmly, including during COVID lockdown when times were tough for everyone. When we have had small issues with our lovely flat (only wear and tear), the team have always been very quick to get it resolved, deal with plumber/electrician directly and accommodate any work around our busy schedules.
