GoogleUseless! I had a viewing for a property, and they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that it had been sold, so they wouldn't be there for the viewing. Waste of money spent for travel and time booked off work.

GoogleI sold through Delaneys and was very happy with the service. The staff were all friendly, professional and willing to help all the way through the process. Also having a sales progressor was massively helpful. Can't fault the service.

Hi Stefania, As this review is based on the below comment. Please see response below. "Thank you for your comments, we are aware there was a dispute with you and the landlord where the deposit was withheld pending an outcome of an investigation. The complaint as you were aware was not due to us as the agent but a direct dispute between you and the Landlord. We are sorry that you feel we were also responsible for this occurring, as we did our utmost to try and resolve before any action was taken, however the landlords stance on this matter was directly their decision to propose a third-party investigation and not a decision made by this company."
