Absolutely Brilliant. Sarah, Sophie and her team are fantastic. Estate Agents often receive a bad reputation for taking a fee and not doing much - not Fine and Country they go over and beyond your expectation. Their attention to detail is perfect making sure that your property looks the best it can be. Additionally Sarah is with you every step of the way from the beginning to the end. Her support when you start to have a ‘wobble’ is not only friendly but professional and holds your hand through the whole process. They handled a very impressive brochure for our property, both printed and available on line, carried out all viewings whilst keeping us up to date with responses. From day one Sarah was extremely lovely, professional and knowledgeable. We felt confident that our home would sell with her. She provided a quick but professional turnaround on getting our home photographed and ready to market. Sarah staged our home beautifully and really has an eye for attention to detail. She spent a full day at our house making sure everything was absolutely perfect and it was clear to see her passion and care. The photos came back fantastic and the drone footage was incredible. We had so many comments from neighbours and friends about how well the property was marketed, we almost wanted to keep it!! As soon as the house went to market we had viewings booked in and within 4 days we had sold for the full asking price. We couldn’t have been happier. Due to our position with purchasing a new property the sale took a little longer than planned but Sarah remained in contact regularly with not only the sale but also helping us and giving us advice on homes that we were looking to buy.
