Phoned today to book valuation. I appreciate it's holiday period but showing as open online. Young lady that answered my call was so unenthusiastic and sounded thoroughly fed up. Couldn't book an appt today as "no one in". I understand that but if you want new business, at least sound friendly and seem interested when answering calls. Totally put me off. Lisa's support, reassurance and experience made what was a very rocky 8 month process all the more bearable.
