Diggins & Co Rochford are just fantastic, and genuinely lovely people. We all know estate agents get a bad rep but Paul & Lisa are very much the opposite of that stereotype. When Paul first visited us to assess our house he was extremely polite, courteous, friendly and really seemed to care, the other agent who visited later that day was not really any of those things despite all the bold claims!! It was such an easy decision to market our property with Diggins and this was 100% down to Paul and him as a person. After agreeing a sale within 24 hours, we were then regularly in touch with Lisa, such a lovely lady and absolutely great at ensuring everything kept moving. She was positive throughout and kept us informed whenever she received new updates, sometimes even just calling to see how we were due to the trials and tribulations caused by our buyers solicitor!
