We used Bairstow eves in leytonstone to sell our property. The service was terrible, they put no effort in to the advertisement on zoopla and right move. They showed no enthusiasm during viewings and overall service was poor. Do not use them. Wasted 6 weeks of our time.

TrustpilotWill be a returning client
Easiest and most seamless experience with these guys. Regular updates from Justin and Jamie, and if anything, driving the sales forward. Can’t thank the company enough. Justin and Jamie, I appreciate your help

TrustpilotVery helpful throughout
Very helpful throughout, whilst going through a stressful time. Sometimes it was difficult getting hold of someone, but that said I’ve had a successful outcome.

TrustpilotYou will regret ever contact this…
You will regret ever contact this company, very unprofessional, gimmick sales tactics to sign you up, once signed up, the property will be left unattended, they will deduct fees as they wish, they are only interested in fees that benefit them and not their customer. the English staffs can't even compose a simple email in English...100% cowboys

TrustpilotHelpful friendly staff
Dealing with Bairstow Eves has been a lovely experience. The staff from the ladies in the office to the gentleman that came to put the sign up have all been extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this estate agent and would in particular like to thank Jo and Lesley for all their help.

TrustpilotDefacing property
Have decided to drill a sign in to our fence saying our house is sold when it’s not even up for sale - have been told it will take a few days for them to come and take it down. Defacing property without permission.

TrustpilotThey are not to be trusted
They are not to be trusted. Take a holding deposit still advertise the property. Badger and pressurize for paperwork. Then a week after taking the deposit and having already had all the paperwork for days ring and say that the Landlord has let it to someone else. They do not care about legalities or any potential clients!!!

TrustpilotDo not waste your time with this company!
Wasted a 4 hour round journey to view a letting believing we would be first come first served but no. Obviously our money isn't as good as people that drive better cars. We even offered 6 months rent in advance (£9k). Blamed on the owners no doubt but not impressed at all!

TrustpilotUninterested
Uninterested. They put your property on rightmove at their inflated valuation and wait until the price is reduced to its true value then pretend they have done something. They don’t suggest anything that might create interest. Absolutely useless

TrustpilotBarestow Eves Romford
Barestow Eves Romford - Awful, Unprofessional, rude and lacking any honesty!!!By and large the worst estate agents we've ever dealt with as well as our own estate agents views on them. With the Manager being the route casue of losing 2 properties due to his negligence and bullying of potential vendors!!!

TrustpilotBairstow Eves - Walthamstow [aka Countrywide.co.uk] avoid
Gave my contact details to developers without permission. Now keep getting pestering phonecalls. I will be informing the Information commission about this. I certainly will not recommend them and will not be using them.

TrustpilotWaste of time
I arranged a viewing, on the way to the property (9:30 am) I get a call back and a text cancelling my appointment. This is unprofessional and simply wasting time. They will also get you on the phone, giving them your personal details before arranging a viewing.

TrustpilotDisgusting services
Aleena Iftikhar,is very unprofessional, dishonest, and disgusting attitude. We were interested of viewing a property to purchase. In 24 hours we were told: freehold,100% ownership, couple of hours later, called and stated that is leasehold and 70% ownership.Next day contacted and asured us that is freehold and 100% ownership.Constantly denied everything she stated before.Lies, lies and more lies.Wasted my time.Stay away clear

TrustpilotWitham branch are completely disrespectful
Witham branch are completely incompetent and disrespectful. I am so disappointed after a deal agreed , 6 weeks later, completely dismissed and insulted. Stay clear of this branch, hopefully, other branches have more respect, professionalism and conduct.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
