Great service - a member of staff always on hand if you need to chat to someone. Managed all our viewings with no problems and didn’t push us to put up a For Sale sign, which was something we didn’t want to do. All round good service

Lack of communication and clarity from this company regarding offers submitted. They seem to have no mobile phones and from abroad I have to use email. I submitted sniffer for a property and havens no response negative or positive.

From start to finish the whole team couldn’t have been more wonderful or considerate. Absolutely the opposite of the stereotype of estate agents. Super professional and work very much one to one with clients, always available and offered lots of explanations and help throughout the whole process.

First time ever I’ve rented a place out before and I’m so happy I went with Ryder Dutton, everyone I have dealt with has been super helpful and made the process so easy, and the packages they supply is 10/10 for putting my mind at ease while Im still working a full time job, Emma and Lucy have kept me up to date and made the process super quick! From the first phone call I made to enquire about a property with them I was dealt with courteously and everyone was friendly. They couldn't do enough for me and always got back to me if I left a message. I had a lot to do with Lizzie Gamwell in the office and Sarah who I did my viewing, what lovely ladies. Such professionalism from start to finish. I honestly can say a cut above the rest.
