Amazing service from start to finish

The whole team have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our property.The team had great local knowledge relating to current house prices.The initial sales team provided a prompt and professional service and arranged block viewings of the property due to the demand to allow an easy process with minimal disruption to our daily family life.At the time of accepting an offer the process went to the teams move manager, Geraldine Marsden.Geraldine provided an exceptional service and took away the stress of chasing up solicitors along with ensuring the sales process went as smooth as possible. I believe that if it was not for Geraldine’s commitment to provide this high level of service we would still be going through the sales process and with a lot more added pressure and stress.Throughout this Geraldine provided us with full updates ensuring we were never unaware of the progression of our sale.I highly recommend Ryder and Dutton as an estate agent for selling a property.

Awful Service Rude behaviour

Awful Service Rude behaviour. We been through a viewing with this local estate agents, viewing was ok but going further was an awful experience. Staff behaved really rude. Being local I always supported local businesses but regarding them guys I would advise Home Sellers to try PurpleBricks website, at least you can directly negotiate with the buyer. with them specially if you are buying they ll always discourage your offer without informing the seller who might get agree with your offer, they always behind their own commission. There is always a room of negotiations but they behave like rubbish. I think the services like Purplebricks.com are a good idea to sell or buy your house fixed charges and No middle man like these Ryder and Dutton. I know Seller expects the best price but behaving like your offer doesn't mean anything is bad. Anyhow my advise to sellers is try PurpleBricks.com you would like it with every step towards selling.

I have received 5 offers by Monday and immediately made a successful offer through the same office on another property. I chose recommended solicitors. As a buyer in another city and far away, the communication and clarity of information from Richard at Ryder Dutton was excellent. They were on the ball, helpful, easy to contact and timely in responses. They did not overload you with emails, but were excellent in keeping things up to date. I would happily recommend their services and was very impressed with the advertisement as well as it was a true reflection of the property, with accurate information and photographs. They assisted in what was a long, complicated sale and did so with grace and expertise. We are now proud owners of a lovely house thanks to there good skills in keeping this going.

As first-time buyers, we had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agency. From the start, communication was incredibly poor. We were kept in the dark about important developments, specifically, the sellers pulling out of a property they were interested in. Shockingly, we weren’t even informed until they had already pulled out of a second one! Despite being reassured multiple times that the sellers were committed to moving, this clearly wasn’t the case. Whenever we called for updates, we were constantly passed around and promised callbacks from the person handling our case, which never happened. We had to chase them repeatedly for even the simplest of updates, and getting a response to an email was nearly impossible. After waiting patiently for six months, the property was eventually taken off the market, leaving us feeling like our time and hopes had been completely wasted. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication made this an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this estate agency to anyone.

Mustafa Ahmad carried out the 12week landlord inspection for my property. He was thorough and sent a very informative report, with plenty of detailed photos. Only one criticism I have, is that I had to remind the main office myself that the report was overdue, but that isn't a negative towards Mustafa. He gave good, useful advice to the tenant.
