From the first phone call I made to enquire about a property with them I was dealt with courteously and everyone was friendly. They couldn't do enough for me and always got back to me if I left a message. I had a lot to do with Lizzie Gamwell in the office and Sarah who I did my viewing, what lovely ladies. Such professionalism from start to finish. I honestly can say a cut above the rest.

Thank you to the whole team at the Huddersfield branch of R&D - from Martin’s first valuation visit to the end of the journey with Oliver and also Emmy Spiers who has been a breath of fresh air - nothing was too much trouble for her. We did converse directly with our buyers as they were known to us personally, but the full team have been there whenever needed. Thank you!

I've had nothing less than excellent support from Ryder & Dutton over the last four years. As an overseas landlord, I've relied heavily on email communication for all aspects of property management. The inspection reports have always been timely and thorough, I'm always aware of tenant issues and my options to provide a solution, and I've always received payments on time. I would like to recognize the fantastic and friendly support of both Amanda Bell and Matt Seville over the last few years. We used Ryder and Dutton to manage our property let for several years and would not hesitate to recommend them. 100% professional service, excellent communication and support throughout the whole process. The agents took the responsibility of advertising the property and finding suitable tenants, that were fully screened and vetted. We let the property for 8 years with them in total and during the period of let, had 3 different tenants, all arranged through R+D. No issues at all with the tenants or payments. We have since sold the property but wouldn't hesitate to use their services again, if needed.

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Ryder & Dutton and I could not be happier with the service provided by Aaron Broome. He was extremely professional, patient and delivered a high standard of customer service. I was able to contact Aaron 99% of the time and he would always call me back promptly. Selling a house is extremely stressful however I felt the whole experience was managed well and efficiently.
