Well I instructed Ryder & Dutton to sell my home 18 months ago having struggled to sell with another agent. Initially to be honest it was priced a little high as we always like to aim high, but with the guidance & support of the team, initially lead by Georgia, who was first appointed. Zoe took the bulk of the sales, and not without the support of the viewing reps, and the rest of the team we finally got a sale.
