I let Parkmans manage my property as an alternative to self management although l am a licensed landlord and could have carried out the management myself. I have too many things including other properties to deal with this. They have proved to be excellent managers and selectors of tenants, l am totally happy and if l decide to buy to rent, they will handle the management. Very pleased with the report and details provided, and their fees are not excessive, l would recommend them to any prospective person who doesn’t want to go through the rigour of rent smart wales licensing procedures.

My experience of renting with this company has been disatirous. Will never ever touch this company again. From living with mould in rooms of the house to the kitchen falling apart.
