Hi John, thanks for the review. whenever things get fraught it tends to be at the latter stages of the sale as there's often lots of individuals involved, not just the sellers and the buyers, but the solicitors and then the lenders as well. At this point, communication is king as it brings everyone together and keeps a focus on the common goal - to get people moved on their journey. I recently visited Seymour’s Dorking, as soon as we entered the branch the staff were very attentive and helpful. They talked us through all the details all the properties we liked and arranged viewings with us to fit our schedule.

GoogleWe previously purchased our house via Ben at Seymours and were very happy with the service provided, so when it came to selling it we chose Seymours again. Over the three months that it took to secure the sale we also engaged the services of two other larger agents. The number of viewings from Seymours exceeded the combined total of those from the other agents by a wide margin, so not surprisingly it was Seymours who made the sale. Both Ben and Joe put in the extra effort needed in this currently challenging property market and were reliable, communicative and very professional at all times. I would certainly use the Ripley branch of Seymours again and do not hesitate in recommending them.

The Woking lettings team is a nightmare. These are folks who master the art of lying and extortion of money from the tenants. I have not seen the likes of this team before. Avoid at any price!

I have been in contact with Seymours lettings team and they haven’t contacted me once about properties, only to look on Rightmove and they post daily with matches of what I’m looking for. Disappointing.

GoogleI personally haven't bought or sold through them but i have worked with them. I work for another estate agents in a different part of the country and i would hands down say they are one of the best estate agents i have ever had in a chain with myself. They are polite, professional and really helpful. The rest of our chain hasn't been that helpful but David at Seymours has really been my rock throughout the process and i can't thank him enough. We are finally coming to the end of our sales but I want everyone who are considering using them to really do so! They are hot on what they need to do and I can't thank the whole team enough!

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Send with Ben at Seymours. Ben and all the staff were fantastic, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We were always kept up to date with feedback from potential purchasers and helped to achieve the best price. There seems to be a clear difference between the service offered and delivered by Seymours against other agents who also made contact to try and market our property. We couldn't rate Ben, Joe, Emma and Julie higher.
