They were always friendly and approachable and able to answer any questions we had. GoogleHave just moved into our new house after selling our previous property with Matthew Thomas. We can honestly say that they were the best estate agents we have ever used. Apart from being thrilled that our property sold in just over a week when we transferred to them from another estate agent the service has been exemplary from start to finish. Professional, excellent communication and a friendly team. Thank you.

GoogleMatthew and his team have been fantastic in guiding us through the sale of our property. The advice and attention to detail was outstanding and Matthew even was there to help us when little issues cropped up which needed information or a local trades person or whatever. Communication was first class both directly by phone or email. He got things done! Nothing seemed too much trouble. We would recommend anyone looking to sell a property to let Matthew Thomas Residential do it for them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
