We moved a short time ago from south west London to the village of Michelmersh. The house we were interested in was being marketed by Woolley and Wallis in Romsey. We found, from the outset, the team in Romsey including Dougal, Ben and Natalie to be extremely helpful, attentive and responsive to our queries. On agreeing the purchase they continued to assist and offer their support in any way possible.

Wooley and Wallis were marketing a bungalow that was of interest to us. From the point of submitting our offer, through to completion of our purchase, their staff were responsive and helpful in dealing with a number of potential barriers to our purchase, in particular Natalie Jones whose advice and timely responses helped us steer our purchase through to its conclusion.

Awful, do not deal with this company. Underhand, deceitful, untrustworthy and lack integrity. Poor service from start to finish, constantly trying to fob you off, often blaming the other parties involved for time delays when in fact it is the incompetence of their own staff. Managers blaming staff inexperience for mistakes, poor communication. If they do communicate with you they are often not telling the truth. Buyers and sellers be aware! They have one star reviews for a reason!

With fantastic communication within the office.Simon is outstanding as an agent going well above and beyond with his experience and expediating the purchase of my new home. I live 60 muies away and it helped so much to deal with someone who knew what they were doing. I bought a house in land front start to finish in less than a week !!! I am an ex estate agency proprietor and property dealer of over 40 years. Having dealt with rhousands of transactions buying and selling property.I know many offices. I dont think I have ever dealt with a more professional or heplful ageht. He was proactive in my property search. He arranged for me to buy legal paperwork back from prevoius abortive buyers, met my removal team with keys and waited an hour as they got stuck in a traffic jam.,arranged contractors for me etc.the list is endless i am very grateful to him and highly recomend the estate agency.

GoogleSelling a house is never easy, and we had a lot of structural problems with ours that we were not originally aware. We decided to use Wooley and Wallis as they have a very good reputation for selling older properties that require renovations and modernisation. Toby and his team worked tirelessly to find a suitable buyer and kept us updated, sometimes hourly, as to how things were progressing with the sale. We completed last week, thank you Toby team for all your hard work!

GoogleI cannot praise the team at Woolley and Wallis, Ringwood, highly enough. Our journey with them started over 18 months ago when they secured our sale and purchase very quickly but sadly, through no fault of theirs, our purchase fell through at the eleventh hour. Simon in particular was incredibly supportive during this disappointing time and we took the time to reset and when we were ready to start again the whole team were very proactive in our sale. Our purchase, through another agent, was a tricky one and I cannot thank Simon enough, once again, for his calmness and kindness - there were times I really didn’t think it would happen but he was fantastic and helpful where the other agents were not. Toby, Nick and the team in the office have all been amazing and i wouldn’t use any other agent. Highly recommend

GoogleThe team at Woolley and Wallis came highly recommended as we entered a Probate property sell. Toby, Simon and Nick were first-class throughout offering down to earth, honest and friendly advice. No pressure at any point and guided by our needs at a sensitive time. They clearly know the area well and delivered on their promises. We had a few unfortunate chain incidents that caused some delays but the communication, advice and support throughout was commendable.

GoogleWe decided to try Woolley Wallace Ringwood office for selling our house after using another local agent for several months. We were impressed with the speed, response and efficiency of the team who accompanied every viewer and eventually found someone we agreed a sale with. We would like to thank Toby, Simon and particularly Nick who recently joined the company and spent many days on phone calls keeping our chain together before the September Stamp Duty rate changed. He even contacted other agents in the chain and found a removal company for one party who was having trouble finding a removal company to agree our moving date. GoogleProfessional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I could go on, but I have to say I received a stunningly wonderful service from Woolley and Wallis, Ringwood. Communication is key and I was constantly updated throughout the selling process. With endless good quality viewings and three offers in a dire property market, what more could I ask for? Toby did a sterling job from the start, but the man who pulled out all the stops was young Will. Full of enthusiasm and dedicated to do a good job, Will secured the sale and continued to ensure the seven property chain (in liaison with my solicitor) culminated in a successful sale and an extremely happy client.

I am beyond appalled by the treatment we received from Woolley & Wallis. We were in the process of securing a property through their lettings department, having been assured by one of their agents that we would be kept updated on any competing interest. We ceased all other enquiries based on their word and even began negotiating furniture arrangements for the property, believing we were the primary candidates.
