Meyers have been our lettings agents for the past 5 years. They keep us up to date with any problems our tenants may have and deal with maintenance issues promptly. Statements arrive promptly each month and regular checks on the house take place. Very pleased and would recommend.

All the Sales team at Meyers were excellent at getting us to completion date for purchasing the property they were marketing even though we weren't technically their clients. They chased the agents in the chain and soothed our nerves during a somewhat fraught process! We would have no hesitation in recommending Meyers in Poundbury.

The estate agent was on time to show us around the house, he appeared knowledgeable about the premises but did not apply pressure. We made an offer and due to the skills of the staff we managed to come to an agreement with the vendor. Buying a house is always stressful but their assistance made the first part bearable.

Very good at keeping us informed and offering a professional service. The prosecco and vouchers on completion was a lovely touch! This was our first time buying a house and we had received a disappointing service from another main agency so it was a relief work with Meyers who were very good.

TrustpilotProbably excellent if you’re selling. But.
If you’re a seller and you’re footing the bill then I bet they’re fabulous. As a buyer though, we found them to be polite and attentive right up until our offer was accepted by the seller. Then they were reluctant to communicate with us. They were pushy at every point just after the offer was excepted trying to get us to use their mortgage broker and solicitors etc. We politely declined serveral times as we had our own mortgage sorted and solicitor, they probably realised they couldn’t make any money out of us, I’m sure this added to their change in demeanour. This was in April 2020 and I’m glad to say we have completed, yay! I’m happy I don’t have to talk with them anymore, it definitely took the sparkle out of buying our home. I certainly won’t be using them again either to buy or sell.I even had to create an account on trust pilot to share my experience with others as it was that stressful

Polite, hardworking and friendly staff when dealing with them. We were buying a property and the only negative (having not bought a property in a long time) is what the process was with this estate agent. Felt a little lost at times. But on the whole great to deal with.
