We bought a property through Meyers and also used them to let it. Amy kept in contact throughout and had tenants lined up for when the purchase went through. Everything was done professionally and courteously and I can’t fault the team at Meyers in Dorchester

Having been searching for a property for many months we were delighted to have finally agreed a purchase through Meyers Estate Agency. The agent, Tom, was very punctual, informative and helpful. His local knowledge was extensive and particularly pertinent to our property. Currently we are at the early stages of the purchase but trust that it will proceed smoothly. Already Meyers have offered 'follow up' help if required. Well done!

Pushy agents that don't listen to the vendor.I instructed them with a property to sell from my portfolio. I made it perfectly clear that I had a minimum price and didn't care how long it took to get that price. I did not want them calling after a few weeks to say they couldn't sell it at that price and to reduce it.If they were happy with those terms then they could have the property on their books to sell. They agreed.After a few weeks adevertising, 'we can't sell it for that price, we need to reduce the price'.Took it from these idiot timewasters and gave it to an agent who could, and did, sell it for the price I wanted.

We used Susie at Meyers Blandford and honestly she was the best estate agent we have met. Her valuation of our house was spot on, and we had an offer that matched her valuation. She demonstrated a clear understanding and appreciation of the merits of our house, and its location and encouraged us to trust that it was worth what she thought it was. And she was clearly right. She took time to explain how she worked and how the local market worked, and various strategies for pricing the house correctly. The brochure was great and exactly what we hoped for, with plenty of pictures on Rightmove and the option of a video tour, which she included as part of the package. With any queries we had she responded quickly, even if outside of 9-5. Her rate was very competitively priced and I think excellent value for money.Her communication is excellent; she kept us brilliantly aware of what was going on, and debriefed us after every visit. We were genuinely very well looked after and guided most expertly. We could honestly not ask for more from an estate agent, and recommend her most highly, an absolute gem.

I was very impressed with Meyers Estate Agents Wareham. They were very professional but also so caring and considerate with my elderly mother who was selling her house in Wool to go into a care home. Literally, nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to answer any questions we had or keep us posted on how the sale was progressing. First class service!

As a busy working mum getting the home show ready was always a challange but they always gave me notice and ensured only proceedable buyers came to view. Would recommend Meyers and would use them again. Good communication, the phone is always answered and messages passed on. Reception staff professional and helpful, initial valuation with Tom who I felt was credible and honest but not at all pushy and Jamie the manager has been outstanding and I really felt he was doing his very best for me at all times, a real credit to the business.

Meyers Estate Agents sold us a house during the Covid lock down period. They kept in touch and communicated clearly and as regularly as was necessary to progress the sale as we wished to get it done promptly. They were brilliant. I would certainly recommend them. I spoke with many people there who were all knowledgeable and helpful through out the process.
