An absolute pleasure to deal with

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a few agents come to give us valuations and decided to go through Meyers. I got a better vibe off them than the others. Our agent was Dom in the Southbourne branch and he was honest, polite and respectful. Having dealt with him all the way through I can confirm he is a pleasure to work with; calm, positive, quick to respond , helpful.. we were never made to feel that we were being any bother. Moving house is stressful, especially with 2 young children during lockdown, but Dom's warm manner and non pushy ways made the whole thing go as smooth as possible. We ended up buying and selling through them in the end and were very happy with the way they handled our sale and got a very good price for ours- a lot more than we were expecting and a lot more than some other agents had estimated (one had said we would never get that price for ours!) Would definitely recommend

Most amazing estate agents ever!

I cannot rate Meyers Estates highly enough, I would rather put 10 stars. I had been searching for a lovely family home for months to no avail. Meyers stepped in and found me the most beautiful home for us within a short space of time. Their level of professionalism is bar none. I was warmly welcomed into the office and they understood my needs perfectly. The level of honest communication was impeccable and we are now settled into our wonderful home. Mixed impressions.

I was disappointed to have to deal with so many different people in the branch. I understood that Tom Bell would guide me through the whole process but this was not the case. I appreciate that people have time off work but I must have spoken with all of the staff in branch at one time or another. The fiasco of the initial photographs was unfortunate to put it mildly and then to be told,as if it was my fault, that the photographer had to return 5 times before I was satisfied with the photograph of the front elevation. If he had listened to me in the first place, and looked at the photograph taken by the representative of Mayfair with her mobile telephone there would have been no need to waste everyone's time.However, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful and, with some provisos I would recommend your company.
