I want to point out that this review relates only to Hearnes in Ringwood and not in the other branches. The people at the Ringwood office seem to be incapable of replying to emails, phone messages etc. If I were trying to sell my property they would be the very last company i would use. They are absolutely hopeless.

FacebookHaving bought our house with hearnes 4 years ago, we didn’t hesitate to use them to sell it on this time. Matt came over to value the property remembering it well from selling it to us last time and put us at ease from the get go. Although it took a while longer to sell than I’d initially hoped, I was never in any doubt that the whole team were doing all they could to get the right people viewing and thus get the offers we were looking for. They were in constant contact with feedback from every viewing and proactive marketing suggestions and advice. Once the sale had been agreed, it was a nervous few weeks through the lockdowns before completion and I’m so grateful for Juliet for keeping everything within the chain together and moving forward - this really was invaluable and made us very thankful to be with Hearnes. Thank you all!

GoogleAlthough I don't have a much experience with agents outside London I'd say Hearnes must be one the best in the area - and that's from an EA sceptic. Anthony the MD guided our purchase through some very choppy water with fairness and patience. His timely and wise interventions kept things on track when they would otherwise have faultered. A job well done.

After successfully selling our property, the team at Hearnes helped more with our forward purchase than the estate agents who were representing the sale.
