We were very pleased with the service we received from Brightwater whilst we were letting our flat through them and especially when we put the property on the market with them. We must give special praise and thanks to Amelia during the sales process, she organised and coordinated the redecoration of the flat including carpets, painting and the fitting of new heaters. She even went out of her way to read the meters for us on completion of the sale. All the staff we dealt with from Jo to Jenny and Lucy were very competent, professional, helpful and easy to work with. Everything was finalised without us ever having to visit the office in Ringwood. Communication was that good. Thank you all so much .

Brightwater Properties definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, although if I can be honest, 10 ⭐️ are actually more appropriate for them. I have just known them early this year to start a new tenancy on one of their let properties, but from the very first call until now, they have been brilliant, phenomenal, highly professional, and helpful. After dealing with inadequate and unsatisfactory experience which I thought was a normal experience, Amelia, Jenni, Lucy and team showed me that’s not how renting is supposed to be. They’ve been very welcoming and helpful since the beginning, answering all of my questions patiently, they’re always one call/email away, they’re demonstrating a very healthy relationship with their clients, they make the whole process stress free, very smooth and effortlessly efficient. I will be forever thankful for their service. Well done Brightwater team!

Brightwater have been the lettings agent I've used for over 8 years on and off and for my newest letting they have been nothing but helpful in ensuring the process was as easy and smooth as possible. Lucy hasn't minded answering any questions I may have and have been as accommodating as possible. I would recommend them to anyone, but if you have a disability and need an agency that will actually be helpful then this is the agency to use. Lucy and Amelia actually listen to you and what you need as well as the budget you have and as such I have ended up with the perfect house for me rather than one that will do.

My partner and I rented a flat in southbourne, managed by bright water, for the last five years. It was a beautiful space, in a great location, with incredibly reasonable rent. Our rent was minimally increased over the years, and we felt that the landlord and bright water really appreciated how we looked after the place. Any issues or repairs needed were always actioned immediately, and bright water have always been great with their communication.
