GoogleI found my experience with Graeme Warren and the rest of the team at Savills Rickmansworth to be extremely pleasant and smooth sailing almost removing any of the hassle one would expect to find when selling a house. This was even more impressive given we live outside the UK and they were very helpful in managing many elements for us that would have made our life difficult without physically being present. I will most certainly be using them again and will be highly recommending them to family and friend!

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our house after a long and very difficult period in which we seemed to run up against everything that could become an obstacle, including a buyer pulling out on exchange day and some very dubious behaviour from solicitors, who seemed determined to make the sale impossible. Throughout, we received superb support from Savills, especially from Sue Trybus, who kept everyone calm and negotiated all the twists and turns with great professionalism. Without this, we may well have withdrawn from the market and stayed where we are. If you are selling within their area, I cannot recommend Savills of Rickmansworth too highly.

GoogleFollowing the death of my Mother we chose the team at Savills having met with a number of agents in Rickmansworth to market and sell her property. I initially dealt with Graeme and then with David. They were at all times on top of things despite it being an exceptionally busy time. They advised me well throughout and were friendly, responsive and professional at all times. We accepted our offer within 4 months unfortunately though Probate was significantly delayed due to Covid-19 which could have potentially caused us to lose our buyer. However David listened, understood the situation and worked hard over a number of months to successfully reassure the buyer who has since moved in. Thank you for making a difficult time easier. GoogleI'd bought through Savills some 2.5 years ago, and unexpectedly found myself having to sell (for good family reasons). When I purchased, Sue was really fabulous - keeping me appraised of progress, deadlines and yet providing me with the space to get to appreciate the house I was purchasing. When I needed to sell, I asked 2 other local agents for a comparison (and they were both good in their own way). I realised that one of the main reasons I'd bought my slightly quirky house was Sue's gentle encouragement - to consider the many positives and to properly appraise my concerns. So I placed it with Savills to sell. To be honest, their third party services - the photographer and floor plans - were pretty poor at first, although we got them fixed. For me, the key for any estate agent is a) really understanding the merits and challenges of a property - you want them to be a critical friend; b) being utterly responsive. Properties aren't bought and sold 9-5, M-F and you want an agent that is contactable by email, phone, WhatsApp, text and one that will do the chasing when it's needed. The whole team did a good job encouraging visits and hosting viewings. It was notable that it picked up a gear when Sue returned after C19, and I had multiple offers that resulted in a great purchaser, who has just exchanged. If you're looking to buy, and particularly to sell, in Chorleywood and Rickmansworth, you should have Savills in for a chat, and if you can have Sue supporting you (and David, Graeme and Nicky were all good too), you'll get the best possible service. And for what it's worth, my purchaser also said that if he ever had to sell, he'd be asking Sue and Savills to help. Very highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
