Act without legal authority and have the potential to damage the value of your home. Ignore their reply that they take matters seriously, in fact the owner Darren just ghosts any concerns.

Having offered the asking price, and that offer being agreed by the sellers, we paid for a structural survey, but were eventually 'gazumped'. 'Gazumping' is not illegal in England and Wales, but it has cost time and money, and a loss of trust. A negative experience.
