TrustpilotTHE WORSE EXSPERIENC OF MY LIFE
Please stay away from this builder. I'm living my worse nightmare after spending all my saying and lifetime mortgage. A brand new flat, that has more problem than a century old abandoned house! Everything was wrong, from floor, to ceiling. During the first 2 years a had 50 people over hundreds of appointment trying to rectify the issues. Now the latest, a very bad water leaking, in a brand new flat, and obviously being outside the 2 years warranty Hill wash their hands as well Swan the developer. Please don't fall in my situation and go for different option, anything would be better than the quality provided from Hill! I would love to share pictures as wards can't describe it!

Barry and Paul C were friendly, with clear communication and efficient work. They both did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen cupboard shelf and fixing the one below. It looks good as new. They went above and beyond, fixing a few other things in the room I hadn't asked for. Super happy with the results!

I must say that the fiddly little repairs and adjustments in my apartment were done by two friendly guys from Hills - Ben (I think his name was Aken) and his mate Peter Miller were done with care, skill and accuracy. Overall great experience with The Hill Group developers. They are always prompt to respond to any issues that need to be addressed in our new build property. Special shout out to all the work that Michael Chapman did this week for us in our house, he took care of everything between painting and filling walls, cleaning floors and mastic sealant. Many thanks for everyone's hard work to make our house perfect.

Alan Deadman was the person who came to sort out the issue with my electric hob. Sadly, the hob itself proved to be faulty, but he reported it straight away to the contractor to arrange a replacement. Alan also helped me with attaching a plastic watter barrier to my bathtub to stop water from dripping from under the shower screen. Thank you so much for your help.Barbara

We had Michael Perry and Richard Ryan snagging up our new flat. Amazing service by both. Communication was smooth, the works of great standard, and actually I preferred working from home when they were around as I was picking up DIY hints from them :) There were a LOT of items picked up in our snagging survey and they fixed everything without even interrupting my work. Amazing work, and they actually went the extra mile by pointing and fixing things not picked up by the report and helping out mounting things on the wall for us!

It was really a very nice and unforgettable experience when I and my husband who first came to Cambridge went to the show house office of the Timberworks construction site and trying to get some information about the sale there. Though at that moment, I was not sure whether I would really buy the apartment there, Antonia has been serving us with her great hospitality and patience. The warm experience really impressed us! Our genuine THANKS to Antonia!!!We are also much much impressed to meet Louise who has been giving us a great great helping hand in the process of our aquaintance of the house on sale in the Timberworks as well as the whole processing of reservation & exchange. As a matter of fact, Louise's kindness and caring concern and her keeping in touch with us during the processing of the purchase really makes us feel much comforted and confident to go through the specific, legal but totally unfamiliar steps to us. So. our deepest THANKS to Louis! We are so happy to succeed in finishing the progress up to "the exchange" by now. I love my Hill house in Eddington and have been constantly delighted by the care and thought that has gone into the design and the details. Everything was extremely well handled by Nathalie from my first enquiry. There have inevitably been one or two snags, but these have been helpfully pursued and resolved by Angela. One of these dealt with today by Jamie who has done an excellent job and put things back together perfectly. It feels good to be able to call on such a dedicated team.

All residents of our building woke up to no hot water and Claire was fantastically helpful when we phoned alert Hills to the problem. She took the details and promised to phone back . Within 40 minutes she did and she said that she had emergency engineers on the way. 3 hours later , everything was fixed and back on .
