Sarah has effectively arranged different teams to fix all these issues and because of our own issues, there were few rescheduling which Sarah has handled them seamlessly and patiently. I have moved in a month ago. So far Hill is very responsive. All the enquires are handled in a timely manner.I had a visit from Peter M today, he was able to help with all issues I raised (putting new silicon, painting small bits, fixing doors etc).
