Bartlett and Partners are a fantastic estate agent service. They get to know you, your property and the area. We were with a number of the high street chain estate agents but our property didn’t sell. We always felt that the estate agents sent people who didn’t really know the house. We had many viewings but no sales. Darren came in and was brilliant. He has a small team showing around the property and they were excellent. Darren kept us up to date throughout the whole process and even when he sold our property and we found somewhere else, he helped push the chain along. I have already recommended Darren to others and truly feel we have found an estate agent for life (for when we move next or anyone in our friends and family that will move). I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and the team to anyone.

Fantastic service! Darren was AMAZING! He promised me he would be the one who sold our home. I had little faith in him at the time, but he did just that. What a positive experience! We were dreading the whole house sale process as you hear so many horror stories, however Darren and Kristian made it look so smooth and easy, nothing was an issue in the end. Our house was sold on the first day, and then completed as per ours and the buyer’s requirements. In all, a total pleasure to deal with these guys and I would thoroughly recommend them, and use them again. Great work!

Darren and Kristian were a breathe of fresh air to work with. I purchased a property which had various bump along the way the guys were responsive, clear and tried to push things forward where possible. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on and supported when both solicitors were not moving quick enough. They will most definitely be dealing with any future sales and purchase as they were a dream to work with. The gorgeous welcome to you new home flowers were lovely too!!

I wish I had found Darren Bartlett sooner. After a disappointing and stagnant experience with my first agent, I was beginning to think my house simply wouldn't sell. Darren and Kristian were a joy to work with from start to finish. They helped us with devising a strategy for selling our property and in doing so we achieved a great price for the house, which sold on the first day of viewings. Being their own business, they care about their customers. Something I haven’t found with bigger agents. They certainly paid for their own fee by going the extra mile. I wouldn’t hestitate to use the team again to sell my next house, and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Moving house is never an easy process but they were so helpful, communicative and supportive - especially Kristian who was always just a quick WhatsApp message away. A top team with an above and beyond service. These guys make the process of buying and selling so much easier than going with your classic high street estate agent. We had a great experience selling our property with Bartletts. With their marketing strategy, we had about 20 viewings in one day and from that 6 solid offers. Throughout the process Darren and Kristian were in close contact with all parts of the chain and ensured everything got ironed out and ran smoothly - particularly between solicitors (who are shocking at communicating with each other). I can’t recommend Bartletts enough.

Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. From the initial contact through to completion (and beyond!), the service has at all times been personable, professional and very supportive. As an independent agency Darren and Kristian offer a tailored service, responsive to the challenges of marketing and selling a property while acting as trusted pilots helping a vendor to navigate a way through the process.
