TrustpilotGood communication and follow up
Thorough survey. Surveyor contacted us before to see if we wanted any particular issues looked at. Contacted us on the day, after the survey completed, to give initial comments. Followed up the report with a Q&A call.

TrustpilotAbsolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with Stirling Ackroyd. Came into the flat without any permission on multiple occasions. Locked us out of our flat meaning we had to stay in a hotel overnight with none of our belongings. They then tried to make us wait until the office closed at 4pm before coming to open the door to let us in.

FacebookAbsolute bunch of cowboys. Bottom feeders. Only low life landlords use them. Avoid any property to let with them. No education needed to work in lettings, and it shows.
