Matthew Brennan is the property manager in my current rental apartment and it was probably the best experience I've ever had with letting agencies! Any basic or maintenance inquiries are processed and resolved quickly and professionally. I'd definitely recommend this agency to anyone who wants a positive renting experience!

If I could give them -100 I would. We only spent a year in a property being let by SA but I feel like I have aged 10. Every time we needed something as tenants it was like drawing blood out of a stone. They are so unbelievably incompetent and shady. Every repair took weeks for them to sort out, it makes you wonder what they're doing all day. And they blamed it all on the landlord, who when we finally met her was also aghast at the service she had received from them. Real estate people are the scum of the earth.

I am giving this rating to a particular agent : David Harvey. It was a telephone enquiry regarding viewing of a property.He was most helpful and kind and replied to all my emails very promptly .The arranged viewing was cancelled in the end but I was informed about it in plenty of time by another agent : Artie( if I remember correctly).I think I dealt with the Byfleet branch.Lovely experience
