It’s been 25 days since we moved out of our rental. The landlord quickly agreed to a full deposit return. Savills still has our £4K, 17 days after it was removed from the deposit scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, take responsibility or act proactively

GoogleI knew Savills had a great name for Sales in Sheen so I didn’t bother going anywhere else . And I was right to go with them . They kept me informed on everything , gave me great advice and were such a pleasure to do business with . . We had an offer within 6 to8 weeks for the asking price . What more could anyone ask for . What a waste of space. Trying to transfer a lease as I want to sell my business. 6 to 7 months gone and even they haven't contacted the landlord. Excuses after excuses.
