Going the extra mile…

I just wanted to take this time to thank N&N for their wonderful service and consideration for me in a life changing sale of our family home in Richmond. Nikki and Nina found me a cash buyer with no chain before my flat went on the market. Selling your home is never easy and lots of negotiation and frustration followed but they remained calm, positive and supportive throughout the whole process offering advice and keeping me informed every step of the way. All parties involved in the transaction are treated with respect and kindness. They do not lose sight of the goal to sell the property remaining realistic about price and timeline expectations. Nikki & Nina are a breath of fresh air in the world of property selling, delightful to deal with, professional at all times, pleasingly assertive when they needed to be but never demanding and pushy. Their marketing is fresh, honest and informative and communication prompt whether by phone or email. As executors not living locally we were selling a Grade II listed cottage in Richmond and N&N were the central pivot in overseeing all the viewings and coordinating everything with us, the tenant and prospective buyers as well as introducing the buyer who was not from the area to local surveyors and architects who had a good knowledge of listed buildings. I would have no hesitation to recommending N&N Richmond to sellers and buyers.

They are extremely knowledgeable about the area, and even though we have bought houses there twice before having lived in Richmond for over 20 years both their property search and completion services were extremely helpful. Perhaps the most value added aspect is that they have excellent relationships with all of the local estate agents which means they get to hear about properties likely to come onto the market before they appear - this gives you a chance to secure a purchase before anyone else gets to hear about the property.
