Despite the previous tenant being reluctant to move out, Jason，Konrad, Lawrence and nicole from Knight Frank continuously supported and helped me over the course of two months to ensure that I could secure this apartment. They worked hard to make sure the previous tenant left as close to the agreed time as possible, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, and provided prompt and helpful responses to all my inquiries. I am truly grateful for their dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone, and I hope they continue to offer such excellent service to more tenants in the future.

Our experience with Knight Frank has been very positive. We have had a lot of contact with our property manager Yemi during the first few weeks of living in the new property. He has been extremely timely in responding and liaising with our landlord efficiently. It has been a pleasure to have him as our property manager and we feel much more at ease knowing we have someone like Yemi looking after the property and ready to solve any issues that may come up.

It was a stressful experience to buy a property as to be expected when a lot of chains are involved and there was a point when I got very anxious with the unclarity about the dates but Morten (our knight Frank agent) maintained a very good and open communication line with us which helped to reduce the stress in the process , he was also very quick in his responses and also communicated well with our sellers on various matters related to the house. The team who supported us were not strong. The buyer and myself (seller) were astounded by the lack of communication. At one point an email from the buyer sat in the mailbox of Knight Frank agent for 10 days. They had not communicated that they were going on vacation, they did not have an out of office set up. They knew the email was there, they called me about it, but still did not get around to sending it, despite confirming they would. They never organized for a brochure to be built. The service was quite frankly awful. Thankfully we have closed - no thanks to Knight Frank
