I have used Hamptons both for a sale and rental. The sales team In Alton Hampshire were awful. They disregarded my instructions, were patronising and rude to me and liaised with the buyer without informing me. Some of their actions behind my back almost collapsed the sale. I felt pressurised to accept an offer. The whole experience was something I never want to repeat. In terms of the rental, they refused to problems with the property despite repeated requests and then charged me for the repairs from my deposit. Absolutely dishonest.

Very friendly and approachable team. Willing to adapt to our requests, listen and respond. Very good brochures printed. Online advertising constantly up dated and feedback. We were told about viewings in good time and also given ideas regarding what we could do to improve the house. They were all very diligent and hard working. Hamptons in Headington lead by Heather were extremely good estate agents and they all Genuinely wanted to sell our house and were extremely professional.

Great experience with Hamptons and our property manger Danish Ashraf. We’ve been renting for years and have dealt with quite a few property managers, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. As we prepared to relocate, Elena Moalie oversaw the sale and letting process for our home on Fife Rd. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable of the local market, and connected with us in a personal and friendly manner. Long after our relocation, she maintains her friendly and responsive nature through thoughtful and kind gestures. Not too many Elena’s running around these days, so it’s a breath of fresh air to find one like her.

Hamptons have been the letting and managing agent for our studio flat in Kensington for 17 years, they have always been very focused, helpful and attentive. They have overseen the change over of tenants smoothly and swiftly, as well as any re-decorating and building works. I cannot rate the service too highly especially the staff who are currently managing the flat for us at the moment.

Patryk has been helpful and efficient in sorting out a mess left by other colleagues. He has been a temporary property manager so I can only speak of a couple of experiences and not his longer term management, but would welcome him being given the chance to prove himself in the longer term role.

We moved our property at SL4 3TD Apartment 5 West Wing at Windsor almost 1.5 years ago. The property is lovely and managed by Hamptons with excellent care. Of course, as everybody faces, we had some small issues. Whenever we contact our Property Manager Patryk, he solves problems with professionalism and responds to all questions/inquiries as soon as possible.
